What do I do no the first day of class ?
Carefully locate your specific class from the list of courses. Be sure the section number is correct. Some classes have the same name but different section numbers. Go to your class website where you will find specific information about what to do on the first day of class, and before classes start. Purchase your book.
Alameda Students: You are using the e-learning platform called Moodle. The College of Alameda will automatically enroll you in the Moodle course. Guest are also invited to visit the course.

Grossmont College Students Online: There is an on campus MANDATORY orientation for Geology 110, check the class website for details: http://www.geology110.com/110.html
Grossmont Students -Online: You will be using the e-learning platform called BlackBoard. An account is set up for you by the admissions office at Grossmont College. You will log in using your firstname.lastname. Your password may be your 6 digit birthdate.
Oceanography Students: Your class is 100% on campus, refer to schedule for room number or visit your class website: http://gomyclass.com/oceanography112
Geology 110 on campus: Your class is 100% on campus. Your orientation is the first day of class as indicated on the class schedule. Your website is located at: http://geology110.com
If you cannot locate your specific class, email the instructor at prof.marso@gomyclass.com and give your name, your class name, and section number.
